Jewelry should be personal and unique, displaying a person’s own character and style. It should be precious and beautiful, groovy and hip, fun and funky, simple and sleek or crazy and  cool. It is a symbol of who you are – your personality and soul.

Many products today, even jewelry, are mass-produced on foreign assembly-lines, and then imported. We feel that the meaning of jewelry is lost when it travels down a conveyer belt and sold in a chain, located in every shopping mall. Jewelry is meant to be wearable art, unique to you.

Kathleen Gambale Designs offers more than just the vanilla, everyday jewelry. Our studio has brought about a renaissance of the silver choker by adorning the classic design with contemporary contours, sensuous dangling motifs, and natural mineral gemstones. Each piece is a handcrafted, quality sterling silver design that has been given personal attention to detail and an artistic flare all its own – proudly made in the USA.

Having lived in Germany and Japan, and traveled extensively worldwide, Kathleen's designs are inspired by many exotic places she has visited and experiences she has had in Europe, Asia and Central America.

I am sad to see so many of the products we buy being mass- produced on foreign assembly lines and imported. I feel that we lose a piece of the American soul and identity with foreign-manufactured products – especially jewelry. To me, the meaning of jewelry as a form of wearable art is lost when it travels down a conveyer belt.
