Purchasing

You can purchase the creative designs of Kathleen Gambale, here on our website. The site uses the secure credit card payment system of Paypal. We use Paypal because they offer customers an easy-to-use payment system, which is considered amongst the most secure available, as it is used by such renowned businesses as eBay. Also, due to the fact that we are a small business, using Paypal allows us to avoid the high costs of offering onsite credit card payment, which would necessitate us to increase our prices. Paypal offers us the opportunity to deliver you the most reasonable prices for our designs. Also, please note, you do not need to register or sign-up for paypal in order to purchase from our site.

As each piece is hand-made, per order, please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.

Customization

Some pieces (which are identified in their description) may be customized with your choice of gemstone. Please visit the stone section of our site to view a complete list of stones. I will email you before making your piece to see if you would like the piece customized or as displayed on the site. Customization is free based on gemstone availability. Please note, all stones are not always available.

Shipping

I feel that many online merchants take advantage of consumers by charging unnecessary and exorbitant shipping rates. This is poor customer service. I want you to enjoy your purchase of unique wearable art and be able to buy as many  pieces as you would like, without having to worry about racking-up shipping charges . This is why we have a reasonable, flat rate shipping policy of $7.50 per order, regardless of the order size.

Returns

As each piece is custom and made-to-order, we have a very limited return policy. If you are going to return an item, please contact us about this return within one week of receiving the item. You can contact us via email at kathleenpsu@hotmail.com. After your have received authorization to return the item, we require we receive the item back within one week of the authorization. In addition, we must charge a small return fee of $10 as each piece is custom. Pieces also must be returned in pristine, undamaged, and unworn condition in order to receive your credit.
